Our Training Services

With our extensive knowledge, hands on expertise and in-house spin casting lab, we can answer your questions, provide continual guidance and help solve any problems you may be experiencing. Training on Spin Casting Equipment

Training is offered free of charge at our facility when you buy Conquest equipment. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for a complete training. The content includes, but not limited to, the following:

  • Training introduction to equipment, materials, and accessories in spin-casting.
  • Training introduction to various molding techniques
  • Mold Preparation (Build-up, Curing, Gating and Venting)
  • Metal (alloy) selection
  • Spin casting training procedure
